This pure Oolong comes from Nepal’s highest (USDA and EU) organic certified plantation and  processing factory at 1800m above sea level. The character of this Oolong has been moulded by years of onslaught from the conditions of the high altitude and daily weather fluctuations of sun, rain, wind and fog of the Sakhejung rural area of the Himalayas. This traditional tea is being produced for the first time in Nepal, harvested from teenage bushes that have their distinct texture, flavour and appearance. The bud and the first 2 leaves are subjected to 10 hours of withering, 30 minutes of rolling and 16 hours of fermentation on cotton and bamboo. After drying the tea is hand sorted and packed.
